Description
Artisan and very richly filled Belgian quiches. Based on fresh cream, spinach, goat-cheese, sundried tomatoes and home-made base.

Preparation
Ontdooien
Defrost for 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Bake quiches at 180°C, defrosted 20 to 25 minutes, frozen 30 to 35 minutes. For quick preparation, place the quiches in the microwave and then briefly under the salamander. Serve the quiches as a lunch dish combined with a fresh salad, cut into pieces as an appetiser or as a garnish with a main dish.
