Omschrijving
Choron sauce is a bearnaise sauce with tomato and can be perfectly combined with meat and fish. Heat the sauce plain or add pieces of cherry tomatoes, shallot and tarragon for an extra festive dish.

For professional use: 1. Warm the siphons au bain marie or in the noon of 100% Chef at 50 - 60°C. 2. Shake vigorously with the siphon and dose as desired while holding the bottle upside down. Small quantities: 1. Shake the siphon vigorously and dispense as desired while holding the bottle upside down. 2. Heat the sauce in the microwave for approximately 8 seconds at 900W. 3. Stir carefully and serve. Be careful not to overheat the sauce. 4. Dispense the tasty sauce emulsions using a spoon. Volume: +- 1250ml
