Sabayon, a true classic based on egg yolk, sugar and Marsala wine. Ready-made dessert from the siphon.

No preparation required
Shake the aerosol vigorously and dose as desired while turning the bottle upside down. Heat in a bain-marie to serve the sabayon warm. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use.
