Ready-to-eat salted caramel foam from the siphon. You can serve this Dessert-Espuma both cold and warm.

No preparation required
Shake the aerosol vigorously and dose as desired while turning the bottle upside down. Serve cold. Heat in a bain-marie to serve the espuma warm. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use.
