These Tasty-Bites are very suitable for restaurants who want to surprise their guests by accompanying their cocktails and drnks with a striking and original bite. You can deep-fre the miso-flavoured bites during the mise en place and season them with the Za'ater spice mix. This mix is an Oriental spice mixture of sesame seeds, sumac berries, pepper and thyme.
