Scherpe Dijon mosterd
Description
Deze mosterd is aanmerkelijk scherper dan bijvoorbeeld Franse of Grove Mosterd. En doordat de vliesjes van het mosterdzaad er tijdens de productie uitgezeefd worden, krijgt de mosterd zijn opvallend lichte kleur.
Deze mosterdsoort voor echte liefhebbers komt oorspronkelijk uit de Franse stad Dijon en wordt gemaakt volgens een officieel Frans decreet.
Bij de productie van deze mosterdsoort wordt uitsluitend de kern van de bruine mosterdzaadjes gebruikt. Daardoor is deze mosterd aanmerkelijk scherper dan bijvoorbeeld Franse of Grove Mosterd. En doordat de vliesjes van het mosterdzaad er tijdens de productie uitgezeefd worden, krijgt de mosterd zijn opvallend lichte kleur.
