This Tasty-Bite is very suitable for restaurants who want to surprise their guests by accompanying their cocktails and drinks with a striking and original bite. You can deep-fry the tuna-flavoured bites during the mise en place and season them with the takoyaki seasoning mix. This mix consists of Japanese herbs and a spice mixture of sesame seeds, piment, cilantro and soy powder.
