Preparation

1. Wash the rice thoroughly. 2. Add 1 volume of rice to 1 1/2 volumes of cold salted water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed. 3. Turn off the heat and let the rice rest for 10 minutes.
