Bake in oven

Convection
Convection oven: 15 minutes at 180°C for 2.5 kg of frozen product in an uncovered full gastronorm.
COLD USAGE: Defrost and use. Defrosting and storage of the product in a refrigerator at maximum +7°C should be limited to 24 hours.
