Preparation
Microwave
Microwave (850 Watts) directly from the freezer approximately 50 seconds, from the refrigerator approximately 25 seconds.
Steam
Thaw the buns, cut open with a sharp knife and steam the bun for a few minutes (approximately 4 min).
