Description
The traditional round Spekkoek is an Indonesian delicacy that is baked layer by layer. The traditional production method, the specific herbs and authentic ingredients make the creamy spekkoek from Hekos a true delicacy. Hekos Spekkoek can be served with coffee, high tea and grand dessert. Available in the flavours Original (brown/white), Pandan (green/white), Chocolate (black/white), Banana (yellow/white) and Mango & Passionfruit (yellow/purple).

Preparation
Defrost
Cut the spekkoek into triangular pieces of about 2 cm wide. Serve the spekkoek at refrigerator temperature.
