Preparation
Bake in oven
Dit artikel kan zowel warm als koud worden geserveerd. Warm serveren geeft het beste resultaat. Afbakken vanuit de diepvries: verwijder de verpakking en plaats de bevroren quiches in de aluminium cups op een bakplaat. In een voorverwarmde oven gedurende 12-14 minuten op 200 C afbakken. Niet opnieuw opwarmen.
Defrost
Plaats de quiches op een schaal. Afdekken en in twee uur in de koelkast laten ontdooien. Eenmaal ontdooid zijn ze klaar voor consumptie. Na ontdooien 24 uur gekoeld houdbaar.
