Red wine shallot sauce is a delicious accompaniment to meat. Normally, you fry the shallots in an oil-butter mixture, reduce the red wine, add stock and let everything simmer. Then you stir in butter to make the sauce creamy. All these operations fall away with our shallot sauce, which you serve with a beautiful dish in no time.
Water, 15% shallots, beef bone broth (beef bones, water, salt), 6% red wine Piemonte Barbera DOC, beef extract, modified starch, tomato paste, sugar, gelatine (pork), rice flour, blackcurrant juice powder (maltodextrin, blackcurrant juice), onion powder caramel sugar, garlic, 0,1% red wine powder (maltodextrin, red wine), yeast extract, herbs, salt, flavouring, sunflower oil, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum).
