    Description

    Sukrin Icing is a natural product without artificial additives. Sukrin Icing consists of erythritol, a polyol that naturally occurs in pears, melons, and mushrooms. Additionally, a small amount of steviol glycosides (Stevia) is added to achieve the same sweetness level as sugar. Sukrin Icing is finely ground and can therefore also be used as a substitute for powdered sugar

    Sukrin Icing dissolves more easily than Sukrin due to its finer texture, making it particularly suitable for: Ice cream and other cold drinks Yogurt or quark Smoothies As a topping with butter, cream, chocolate, glaze, etc. For decoration and dusting on items like doughnuts, apple pie, etc. Pastries and desserts that are not baked or cooked, such as cheesecake, tiramisu, etc. Sukrin Icing can also be used for baking, just like Sukrin. The sweetness level is the same, but Sukrin Icing has a slightly larger volume. One cup of Sukrin weighs 90 grams, whereas one cup of Sukrin Icing weighs approximately 70 grams.
