Microwave: moisten, cover and heat 5 omelettes for 4 min at 700 watts Combi steam oven: heat 10 omelettes for 7 min at 160°C and 80% steam Cooking times may vary depending on the quantity/degree of freezing of the product and the capacity of the appliance. Gourmet omelettes can also be eaten cold after defrosting. They are a perfect topping for mini baguettes, sandwiches, etc.
