The Zaanse Basic Sauce has been specially developed for the catering and industrial customers. A recipe with sufficient structure to be mixed with, for example, vegetables, herbs, spices or yoghurt. We guarantee the shelf life of the basic sauce with ingredients such as beet sugar, free-range egg yolk and natural vinegar. We provide a good quality basis on which you can continue to work.
