Preparation
Bak de kroketten op maximaal 175°C in hete olie, diepgevroren gedurende maximaal 5 minuten; ontdooid gedurende maximaal 4 minuten. Overschrijd de gespecificeerde bereidingstijd en temperatuur niet! Zorg ervoor dat de producten elkaar niet raken tijdens het frituren. Bereid de producten alleen in bevroren of volledig ontdooide toestand. Na de bereiding 2 min. laten rusten.
