Description
Gyoza literally translated to potstickers, has been a very popular dumpling in Asia for ages and recently a well known product in Europe. This version is made of chicken and corn.

35% chicken meat, 24% white cabbage, WHEAT flour , WHEAT starch, corn, water, sugar, potatostarch, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt, SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, WHEAT flour , salt), garlic, flavour enhancer: E621, vegetable oil (SESAME seeds, SOY), cornmeal, white pepper, colouring: E160b

Preparation
Fry in pan
Place the Gyoza on the flat bottom side down in the pan. Fill the pan with about 1 cm of water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the Gyoza on a high fire. Take the lid off when the water is evaporized (approximately 7 min.). Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and fry the bottom side golden brown in about 1 minute.

5 minutes at 175°C
Steam
10 minutes above boiling water
