Heat the product at 800 watts in a closed container with some water. Thawed: ± 4 minutes Frozen: ± 8 minutes
Simmering
In the gravy: Defrosted: ± 30 to 45 minutes until the core temperature is at least 72 °C. Frozen: ± 50 minutes until the core temperature is at least 72 °C.
