We all know that we need to reduce our eating and consumption behaviour for our health but also for the environment, because we now use three times as many raw materials as our planet can offer us. It is no longer a matter of wanting, but we really need to reduce. However, meat is tasty and is deeply ingrained in our system and food culture and also contains a lot of proteins. How can we solve this smartly?

That is why Sparc Kitchen has developed a German bratwurst, in which the pork is mixed with LESS ®, a very protein-rich plant-based component. The sausage with LESS ® contains 50% less meat and is largely plant-based, but just as tasty, juicy, but even more nutritious! And in this way, as a company and/or institution, you simultaneously reduce your CO2 emissions!

With this bratwurst, the 'new half and half', with LESS ® and 48% pork, people halve their meat consumption without compromise. Compared to a standard sausage, the ‘new half of half’ has the taste of meat, but less fat and more protein and fiber, which fits into a healthy diet.
