Description
Anda’s Mayonnaise Maison contains 80% vegetable oil. So, it is of the highest quality and delicious.
It has a slightly creamier and less solid consistency than our Mayonnaise Chef, but it has the perfect thickness to serve as a base for meat salads. An excellent accompaniment to sandwiches, salads, cold dishes and, of course, unsurpassed on French fries.
Ingredients
rapeseed oil (80%), EGG YOLK (8%), vinegar, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD SEED, vinegar, salt, herbs), salt, sugar, spices, colours: beta-carotene, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
Produced in a factory that also treats milk, gluten, soya, fish and celery.
