Freezing IQF means that the shrimps are frozen loose and can be thawed individually. The Northern shrimp occurs in the northern waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The Northern shrimp is a deep-sea shrimp and swim to a depth of 500 m and can reach a length of 18 cm. The Northern shrimp are all male at birth. After 4-7 years, a large part of it transforms into a female copy. This natural phenomenon guarantees its survival.
