Preparation
Bake in oven
Blanched product, cook before consumption. Best result are achieved when cooked from frozen. Take care not to not to overcook. Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C and cook for about 15 minutes (from frozen) or about 10 minutes (when defrosted) Steaming/frying: Steam or fry for about 8 minutes (from frozen) or about 5 minutes (when defrosted)
