Sukrin Icing is a natural product without artificial additives. Sukrin Icing consists of erythritol, a polyol that naturally occurs in pears, melons, and mushrooms. Additionally, a small amount of steviol glycosides (Stevia) is added to achieve the same sweetness level as sugar. Sukrin Icing is finely ground and can therefore also be used as a substitute for powdered sugar
