This classic alioli is based on the traditional recipe from Catalonia, but made entirely plant-based. Prepared with Spanish garlic and a hint of fresh lemon juice. The sauce is creamy, full of flavour and ready to use. Thanks to its stable structure, this plant-based alioli also holds up well when heated – ideal for both hot and cold (vegan) applications in the professional kitchen.
