This alioli gains extra depth from the use of smoked garlic. The flavour is mild and well balanced, with a warm, smoky undertone. Its rich and creamy texture makes it perfect for grilled meat, roasted vegetables, burgers or as a spread. Also delicious with vegan or plant-based dishes.
