This fresh plant-based alioli is creamy, light and just a little different. Spanish garlic, lime leaf, lemon zest and lemon juice come together to create a gentle garlic flavour with a bright citrus kick. The sauce is 100% plant-based and remains stable when heated, making it highly versatile. Perfect for summer dishes, fish, salads or as a fresh topping for (vegan) street food.
