This alioli combines Spanish garlic with the smoky heat of chipotle peppers, paprika and a hint of lime. The result is a bold, slightly spicy sauce that still tastes refreshingly light. Its creamy texture and layered flavour make it the perfect match for BBQ, loaded fries, (vegan) street food and other flavour-packed dishes.
