Hybride filetworst is een rauw rundvleesproduct met rijstbloem. Cilindervormig in een kunstdarm verwerkt met aan de uiteinden een clip. Rood/oranje van kleur met een kruidige vleessmaak. Fijn en zacht van structuur.
