Preparation of the frozen product: Microwave: moisten, cover and heat 5 omelettes for 6 min. at 700 watts. Combi-steam oven: heat 10 omelettes for 10 min. at 160 °C and 80% steam. Cooking times may vary depending on the quantity/freezing degree of the product and the capacity of the appliance. Gourmet omelettes can also be eaten cold after defrosting. They are a perfect topping for mini baguettes, sandwiches, etc.
