Description
Calvé Satésaus Indonesia is a concentrated satay sauce paste containing 48% peanuts and a spice blend including onion, garlic, galangal root, chilli pepper and cumin. The product is mixed with water before preparation and one 2.5 kg bucket yields approximately 5.5 litres of satay sauce.

PINDA (48%), plantaardige oliën (raapzaad, soja, palm, volledig geharde palm), suiker, MELKWEIPOEDER, maltodextrine, specerijen (ui, knoflook, galangawortel, chilipeper, komijn), zout, sojasaus (SOJABOON, TARWE), water, kleurstof (E150c), MELKEIWITTEN, ma?szetmeel, voedingszuur (citroenzuur).

Preparation
Dosage
Bereiding: Verwarm water in een pan, voeg de pasta toe en breng de saus al roerend langzaam aan de kook. Verhouding: 1 kilo pasta + 1,2 liter water. 1 liter satésaus = 0,45 kilo pasta + 0,55 liter water. 5,5 liter satésaus = 2,5 kilo pasta (hele emmer) + 3 liter water.
