Description
Calvé Satésaus is a concentrated satay sauce paste containing 48% peanuts, vegetable oils, spices, soy sauce and milk ingredients. Designed for foodservice use, the product is prepared with water and provides approximately 22 litres of satay sauce from a 10 kg bucket.

PINDA (48%), plantaardige oliën (raapzaad, soja, palm, volledig geharde palm), suiker, MELKWEIPOEDER, maltodextrine, specerijen (ui, knoflook, galangawortel, chilipeper, komijn), zout, sojasaus (SOJABOON, TARWE), water, kleurstof (E150c), MELKEIWITTEN, maïszetmeel, voedingszuur (citroenzuur).

Preparation
Dosage
Bereiding: Verwarm water in een pan, voeg de pasta toe en breng de saus al roerend langzaam aan de kook. Dosering: Verhouding: 1 kilo pasta + 1,2 liter water. 1 liter satésaus = 0,45 kilo pasta + 0,55 liter water. 22 liter satésaus = 10 kilo pasta (hele emmer) + 12 liter water.
