Description
Calvé Satésaus is a concentrated satay sauce paste containing 48% peanuts, combined with vegetable oils, spices, soy sauce and milk ingredients. The product is prepared by adding water and heating while stirring, with one 2.5 kg bucket yielding approximately 5.5 litres of satay sauce.

Preparation
Dosage
Bereiding: Verwarm water in een pan, voeg de pasta toe en breng de saus al roerend langzaam aan de kook. Verhouding: 1 kilo pasta + 1,2 liter water. 1 liter satésaus = 0,45 kilo pasta + 0,55 liter water. 5,5 liter satésaus = 2,5 kilo pasta (hele emmer) + 3 liter water.
