Beer Battered Onion Rings thick
Onion Rings in a crispy batter, prefried and quick frozen.
Onion (40%), batter (35%; WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT starch, sugar, salt, rice
flour, raising agents (E450, E500), yeast, stabiliser (E412), spice, colour
(E160c)), sunflower oil, beer (10%; of which BARLEY).














Bake in oven
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Place a single layer of frozen onion rings on a baking sheet and bake for 11 minutes. Turn once during baking.
Fry
Preheat the oil to 175 degrees Celsius. Use small portions of the frozen onion rings and fry them for 2.5-3 minutes.
