Preparation
Fry in pan
Heat butter or (olive) oil in a frying pan and briefly stir-fry the thawed hamburger patties over high heat. Then cook over a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning regularly.
Grill
Grill: Place the thawed hamburger patties on a hot grill. Grill for a few minutes until cooked through, turning regularly.
Defrost
Let the hamburger thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
