      Sudderen

      Zelf toevoegen: • 500 g runderlappen  • 300 g rijst • Conimex wokolie BEREIDINGSWIJZE: 1. Snij het vlees in reepjes. 2. Verhit 2 el wokolie in een hapjespan en bak het rundvlees hierin bruin. 3. Voeg de boemboe en 300 ml water toer. Breng het al roerend aan de kook en doe het deksel op de pan. 4. Laat het geheel ca. 50 min. sudderen op laag vuur. Haal het deksel van de pan en laat het gerecht nog 10 min. inkoken tot de saus de  gewenste dikte heeft. 5. Kook ondertussen de rijst volgens de bereidingswijze op de verpakking. Serveer de Rendang met de rijst.

      Meerdere bereidingswijzen

      Shopping list: 500 g beef (for stew), cut in cubes. Make sure the cubes are not too small, 2 tablespoons (= 20 ml) of oil (e.g. Conimex wok oil) Preparation: Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the boemboe and 300 ml of water, stir well and set to boil. Reduce heat to lowest flame and simmer for 60 minutes with the lid on. Remove lid in the last 10 minutes to reduce the water (if necessary) until the sauce has a nice consistency. Serve together with 750g cooked rice.  95 g boemboe  => 1663,4 g prepared dish (theoretically calculated yield = sum of all components and fresh ingredients) 416 g/portion
