      Preparation

      Wokken

      Zelf toevoegen: • 500 g sperziebonen  • 300 g rijst • Conimex wokolie Bereidingswijze: 1. Kook de rijst volgens de bereidingswijze op de verpakking. 2. Halveer de sperziebonen en kook ze ca. 5 min. voor. 3. Verhit 2 el wokolie in een wok. roerbak hierin de sperziebonen ca. 2 min. 4. Voeg de boemboe en 200 ml water toe. Breng het al roerend aan de kook. 5. Laat het geheel 5-10 min. inkoken op gematigd vuur tot de saus de gewenste dikte heeft. 6. Serveer met de rijst.

      Meerdere bereidingswijzen

      Shopping list:  500 g butter beans,  2 tbs Conimex wok oil (28ml) Preparation: 1. Heat 2 tbsp wok oil in a wok or frying pan and cook the butter beans for about 2 minutes.  2. Add the Boemboe and 200 ml of water. Bring to a boil while stirring. Let it boil on medium heat 5-10 minutes until the sauce has the desired thickness.  3. Serve with 750g cooked rice. Theoretically calculated yield=1573g 4 portions=393g each
