      Preparation

      Zelf toevoegen: - 250 g kipfilet (in blokjes) - 200 g sperziebonen - 1 ui - 225 g pandan rijst - 200 ml kokosmelk - 2 el Conimex wok olie Bereidingswijze: 1. Kook de rijst. 2. Snij de ui in halve ringen, halveer de sperziebonen. 3. Kook de sperziebonen ca. 5 min. voor. 4. Bak de kipblokjes goudbruin in de wok olie. Bak dan de ui nog 3 min. mee. 5. Zet het vuur laag, voeg de currypasta, kokosmelk, 100 ml water en sperziebonen toe. Breng al roerend aan de kook en laat 2-3 min. zachtjes doorkoken. 6. Serveer de curry met de gekookte rijst. Serveersuggestie: Ook lekker met tofu of garnalen en taugé. Voeg ook eens vers gehakte koriander en Thaise basilicum toe. Dagje zonder vlees: Voeg naast of in plaats van de tofu lekker veel groenten toe zoals champignons, paprika en groene groenten.
