      Preparation

      Zelf toevoegen: 125 g champignons, 100 g peultjes, 1 paprika, 125 g taugé, 1 kleine spitskool, 350 g kipfilet, 350 g rijst, Conimex Wokolie. Zo maak je het: 1. Kook de rijst volgens de bereidingswijze op de verpakking. Snij de champignons in plakjes, de paprika in reepjes, de spitskool grof en snij vervolgens de kipfilet in blokjes. 2. Verhit twee eetlepels wokolie in een wok of koekenpan en bak hierin de kipfiletblokjes goudbruin en gaar. Voeg vervolgens de groenten toe en roerbak nog ca. 2 min. mee. 3. Strooi de kruidenmix over de groenten en voeg 500 ml water toe. Roer het geheel goed door en breng het vervolgens aan de kook. Laat de Tjap Tjoi 5 min. zachtjes koken. Serveer de Tjap Tjoi met de rijst. 25min 3-4 pers.
