Egg is a versatile product and suits many eating moments in a day, from breakfast to dinner. We therefore have a wide range. Naturally, we use free-range eggs for our egg products. Preparation
Bakken in oven
Tip : bij voorkeur alle diepvriesproducten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. Circa 5 minuten met 80% vocht verwarmen op 160 °C. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern.
Magnetron
Circa 2 minuten verhitten op 750 Watt.
