Traditional Quiche Lorraine in Belgian style. The thin crust of the quiche is homemade and gives full space to the generous filling of fresh cream, bacon bits, and onion.

Defrost
Defrost for 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Bake the quiches at 180 °C: defrosted 20 to 25 minutes, frozen 30 to 35 minutes. For a quick preparation, place the quiches in the microwave and then briefly under the salamander. Serve the quiches as a lunch dish with a fresh salad, cut into pieces as an appetizer, or as a garnish with a main course.
