Zij kweken allerlei soorten paddenstoelen op reststromen uit de stad.
Daarnaast maakt Zeldenrijk Snacks B.V. uit Overvecht deze heerlijke snacks voor Fungi Factory. Lokaal, duurzaam, lekker.
