The Oysters Bells Isle (Magallana gigas) are high-quality, fresh oysters that come in various weight classes. They do not undergo treatment and are packed directly in wooden boxes or plastic packaging. For optimal quality, the oysters are stored refrigerated and transported between 1ºC and 7ºC and have a shelf life of ten days after the packing date. The oysters can be eaten raw or prepared by baking, cooking, stewing, smothering or grilling.
