Preparation
Bake in oven
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes until the center is well done.
Fry in pan
Fry alternately over medium heat in the pan for about 15 minutes until the center is well cooked.

14 - 16 minutes at 200 degrees
