The Bluefin tuna grows up in the clear waters of Baja California and is cooled and carefully packed immediately after catch. Thanks to the natural food and meticulous quality control, a tuna with intense taste and creamy structure is created. Selected for sashimi quality and perfect for raw preparations or as a luxury ingredient.
