      Description

      Conimex Bami Goreng Boemboe, 95 g, is een authentieke specerijen- en kruidenpasta uit de indonesische keuken bereid met onder andere gember, knoflook en koriander. Met deze boemboe maak je een heerlijk kruidig noedelgerecht uit de indonesische keuken klaar in een mum van tijd.

Contains cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, soybeans and wheat.

      400 g chicken filet, cut in cubes 500 g mixed vegetables (Asian vegetables for Nasi/Bami: 63 g tomatoes, 94 g onions, 125 g leek, 125 g white cabbage, 63 g soy bean sprouts, 30 g red bell pepper) 250 g Conimex mie noodles (rehydration factor 2), 2 tablespoons (= 20 ml) of oil ( e.g. Conimex wokoil) 50 ml water Preparation: Boil the mie according to preparation on the pack. Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of oil until brown. Add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the boemboe and 50 ml of water, stir very well. Fry for another 2 minutes. Add the mie and stir until all is mixed. Fry another 5 minutes on low heat. 95 g boemboe => 1563 g prepared dish Theroretically calculated yield =1563g
