Gua Bao or Koah-pau gua bao or cuapao, also known as a pork belly bun, bao or bao bun, is a type of lotus leaf bun from the oriental kitchen.
This bun is ideal as a base to fill with, for example, pork belly, pulled pork, shrimp, chicken or a vegetarian filling, due to its neutral taste and fine structure.
