      Ingredients

       Sugar, salt, yeast extract, cayenne pepper (9.0%), ginger, garlic, SOYA sauce powder (maltodextrin, soya sauce (SOYBEANS, WHEAT), salt), potato starch, potato fibre, rapeseed oil, paprika, natural flavouring, onion, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), black pepper, lemon juice powder (maltodextrin, lemon juice), malt extract (BARLEY), spice extract (paprika), cumin, CELERY seed extract.

      Preparation

      Serves 4-5 You need: • 500 g pork fillet or chicken fillet (unsalted, cut into cubes) • 1 sachet Conimex Satay Hot Marinade Spice Mix • 3 tbsp Conimex Wok Oil • 1 tbsp Conimex Ketjap Manis • 1 tbsp water • Wooden or metal skewers How to cook: 1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. (Metal skewers can be used without soaking.) 2. Mix the marinade spice mix with Conimex Wok Oil, Conimex Ketjap Manis, and water. 3. Add the pork or chicken and marinate for 5-10 minutes. 4. Thread the meat onto the skewers. 5. Grill the skewers slowly under the oven grill or on the barbecue. 6. Serve with Conimex Peanut Sauce. Serving suggestions: Serve with Conimex Sambal Oelek for extra heat, and enjoy with crispy Conimex Kroepoek (prawn crackers) and rice or noodles.
