      Preparation

      You need: • 1 sachet Conimex Babi Pangang Sauce Spice Mix • 200 ml water • 500 g thinly sliced pork steaks • 1 tsp Conimex Sambal Oelek • 2 tbsp Conimex Wok Oil • 2 tbsp Conimex Ketjap Manis How to cook: 1. Sauce: Add spice mix and 200 ml water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 min while stirring. 2. Meat: Mix Sambal Oelek, Wok Oil and Ketjap Manis. Marinate the pork. Stir-fry for 5 min, then cook on low heat until done. 3. Serve: With warm Babi Pangang sauce. Serving suggestion: • Serve with steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables.
