Description
Fijnproevers have been specially developed for people with chewing, swallowing and appetite-related problems and include a range of soups, smoothies, snacks, light meals and desserts. In addition, we produce — exclusively for Van Hoeckel — a range of over 100 freshly frozen IDDSI Level 3, 4 and 5 components and meals.

Preparation
Bake in oven
General instructions: • Do not thaw products that need to be heated before preparation. • If a film has formed on the product during preparation, remove it immediately. This can be done using a knife or fork. Heating instructions: Meal: Remove the meal from the freezer, remove the band/sleeve, and do not open the film on the tray. • Microwave: 8 minutes at 350 W, followed by 4 minutes at 700 W. If necessary, remove the film, then stir and serve. • Steam oven (preheated): 20 minutes in closed packaging at 100 °C and 100% steam without convection. If necessary, remove the film, then stir and serve. Separate component tray: • Microwave: 8 minutes at 350 W. If necessary, remove the film, then stir and serve. • Steam oven (preheated): 20 minutes in closed packaging at 100 °C and 100% steam without convection.
